Reach (Supported Living), formerly the Community Services Department at Charter is one of the largest care providers in Wales and all the specialist accommodation required by their clients is developed by Fairlake.
These schemes which are primarily for clients with learning disabilities cater for between 3 to 5 clients so that their care needs can be provided in homely, comfortable surroundings which promote independence and have been designed to help deal with the physical disabilities which affect many of the clients. The homes include converted and new build properties and locations are carefully selected to help the clients maximise their opportunities to integrate themselves with the local community.
