In partnership with the local authority and two other housing associations, we embarked upon a major regeneration project in the Pillgwenlly area of Newport, and have also carried out a range of other activities to establish sustainable communities in the area. Our investment in new homes is linked with initiatives to provide training and local employment opportunities and other projects to support neighbourhood revitalisation.
