Manor Court is situated along the banks of the River Usk, and is approximately five minutes walk from the centre of Usk town centre. It has a private access onto the river bank.
 It is situated in well maintained and planted communal gardens, and has had much success in the Wales and Usk in Bloom competitions. The scheme was recognised in Usk in Bloom 2005 by being awarded a Gold Standard.
