Affordable Home Ownership is the name given to the range of schemes operated by Fairlake to help people to buy a home of their own.
We have helped over 1,000 customers to own their own home and are one of the most experienced providers of shared-equity schemes in South East Wales.
The majority of our customers are first time buyers but we can also help you if you are struggling to re-enter the property market or where your household has outgrown existing living arrangements.
We offer a range of schemes that include both shared equity and shared ownership.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have any funding to enable purchasers to identify their own property on the open market.
