Affordable Home Ownership is the name given to Fairlake's scheme designed to help people who wish to buy a home of their own, but cannot afford to buy a suitable property outright without any financial assistance.
Most people we assist are first time buyers but we can also help you if you need to buy a property in a situation such as a relationship breakdown or where your household has outgrown existing living arrangements.
