For many years we have sought opportunities to provide new schemes without relying on traditional sources of grant. Examples of recent successes are the medical staff accommodation at Royal Glamorgan Hospital and Llandough Hospital which are the only 2 schemes of their type in Wales.
The contracts to design, build, finance and operate under the Private Finance Initiative were won through competitive tender after the schemes were advertised in the Official Journal of the European Community. Click link to find out more information about the accommodation.
